Individual Freedom and Empowerment

One of our goals with this program is to help individuals develop an overcoming mindset and teach them how to overcome both their own challenges in life and the ever-evolving complexities faced on the mission field.

Another goal of this program is to equip individuals with the ability to effectively minister to and care for their team members and the people they serve.

This program will also include teaching on how to lead effectively, how to be a solid team player, and how to operate efficiently in high-pressure situations. There will be some practical leadership and team exercises to facilitate team synchronization and unity.

Testimonies / Q&A

Q&A
Q: What are the age requirements?
A: The required age for this training is 17. If you take the training at 17 you must wait to deploy with the initial response team until you are 18. You will still be able to respond with a general volunteer team providing you have signed our parental consent form.

Q: What is the process for deployment after the training?
A: After the training, you are welcome to deploy with us to any stateside disaster. You may also get the opportunity to deploy internationally, depending on whether you are a good fit for the field, and the field being a good fit for you. We want to make sure that you are in the best position to succeed, especially internationally, and we may ask you to respond with us in several stateside responses before deploying you to an international field, or recommend more in-depth training.

Q: Can I still sign up?
A: As long as the signup link takes you to a form, you can still sign up for the upcoming training. We typically close the signup several days before the training starts, or as soon as we are completely booked out. In that case, sign up for notifications and wait for the next training.
